Therefore, you will want scratch-resistant decking. So, many people suggest using PVC decking. But the question is, is the PVC decking easily scratched? Whether there are other options, such as composite decking, etc.
PVC is a thermoplastic used to make decking. PVC outdoor decking consists of 100% plastic and is an alternative to traditional wood trim. But is the PVC decking scratch resistant? It turns out, of course. PVC outdoor decking offers excellent scratch resistance compared to other decorative materials. In general, PVC decking does not visually show signs of scratches compared to wood trim or even composite materials. They have a hard shell that makes them resistant to most forms of damage, including abrasions and scratches. They are not easily damaged under normal circumstances.
